Request QuoteSheet & Plate Cutting Services
Quality Laser, Inc. provides precision laser cutting services for customers across Massachusetts and all of New England. Laser cutting will leave a clean, crisp edge on parts that are cut from most metals. Close spacing between parts allows for nesting of parts on sheet or plate stock, thus producing the best material yields.
Our 4000 Watt Amada laser can cut up to 5’ x 10’ sheet or plate stock in the following materials and thicknesses.
Hole tolerances will run within +/- 0.005”, and hole to hole tolerance will run within +/- 0.005”.
In addition to the above materials, we can cut brass and many other alloys along with plastics and composite materials.
DXF files are best for cutting flat pieces – STEP files are best for cutting pieces that will be formed after cutting and both files are easily converted for CNC cutting.
Tube & Pipe Cutting Services
Our Amada laser has a Rotary Indexer for cutting round, square, and rectangular tubing and pipe along with cutting bar stock, angle and channel. The Rotary Indexer will cut from 3/4” up to 8.625” diameter tube and pipe.
